Upgraded room with resort view. Terrace and luxurious bathroom. Pool area split into calm upper pool and private access lower pool. Helpful pool boys. Top-notch staff.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The spa treatment was top-notch, providing a truly relaxing and pampering experience. Additionally, I loved the exquisite food at the restaurant and the perfect breakfast served each morning.

The location was a bit inconvenient, requiring a taxi to reach the city center. However, the taxi ride was quick and not a major inconvenience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this five-star hotel and my experience was nothing short of luxurious. The exclusive amenities, such as the spa and wellness centre complete with a sauna, jacuzzi and treatment rooms, provided a relaxing haven for me to unwind. The outdoor swimming pool was stunning, as were the sun terrace and garden area which provided a tranquil environment with beautiful views.

While the hotel staff were courteous and helpful, there was one minor issue with the room service. Despite requesting a specific item to be restocked, it was overlooked and not replenished.
