Upgraded room with resort view. Terrace and luxurious bathroom. Pool area split into calm upper pool and private access lower pool. Helpful pool boys. Top-notch staff.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The spa treatment was great, providing a relaxing and pampering experience. I loved the exquisite food at the restaurant and the perfect breakfast served each morning.

The location was a bit inconvenient, requiring a taxi to reach the city center. the taxi ride was quick and not a major inconvenience.

Luxurious Amenities and Beautiful Surroundings I recently had the pleasure of staying at this five-star hotel and my experience was nothing short of luxurious. the exclusive amenities, such as the spa and wellness centre complete with a sauna, jacuzzi and treatment rooms, provided a relaxing haven for me to unwind. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning, as were the sun terrace and garden area which provided a tranquil environment with beautiful views.

Minor Service Issue While the hotel staff were courteous and helpful, there was one minor issue with the room service. Despite requesting a specific item to be restocked, it was overlooked and not replenished.

We had an very nice stay at Kempinski. The hotel team was professional and the service was of the highest level. The heated pools were a highlight, and the breakfast restaurant was awesome in terms of food quality. we highly recommend Kempinski for families visiting Beirut.
